PET POLICIES: We do allow dogs & cats in many, but not all, of our properties. $300 refundable pet deposit (per animal) & $10 per month pet rent. Owner's discretion on breed restrictions due to insurance liability. Please feel free to talk to the Manager or Owner about meeting your animal(s). All pets must have current vaccinations and be "house broken". Puppies & kittens may require a clause in the pet addendum stating the pet owner will pay to replace the pad and or carpet, in addition to any other damages that exceed the balance of the pet deposit. Other types of pets will be given consideration for acceptance and deposits on a case by case rule, in some situations a smaller deposit may be negotiable. |
